I am Fernanda Veras, a lawyer with over 20 years of experience and a very clear mission: to offer international legal consulting that is secure, ethical, and profoundly humane. I have extensive experience in immigration law, nationality, document legalization, and international family law, helping individuals and families achieve their borderless goals.

Professional Trajectory

I practiced in Brazil for over a decade in the areas of civil, family, and labor law, focusing on out-of-court proceedings, inventories (probate), and sensitive matters that require careful listening and responsibility.

In 2022, I moved to Portugal, where I established my law firm in the city of Braga, continuing my practice with international scope. Today, I provide in-person service in Portugal and online service to Brazilians and foreigners anywhere in the world.

Why Practice International Law?

Throughout my career, I realized that many families and individuals face complex challenges when crossing borders, whether to recognize a nationality, legalize a document, obtain a visa, or regularize their civil status in another country.

My goal is to make these transitions lighter, safer, and more viable, with technical and attentive legal support, so that the client can focus on what truly matters: their life, their family, and their plans.
